The right dimensioning and selection of materials in earthworks, asphalt and concrete construction as well as the guarantee of skilled workmanship – these are the core tasks of the Oevermann laboratories.

Oevermann’s independent materials laboratory, as a recognised RAP radiographic and electronic testing centre, carries out tests on asphalt, soil and concrete and makes expert assessments. We ensure for our clients – by initiating and supporting research projects, as well – that innovative construction materials and methods are used effectively.

Even during the tendering process for construction projects, questions frequently arise that have to be answered with specific expert knowledge. Consequently, our team lends the client and the costing departments’ advisory support, as well as supervising the construction by constructive measures during the completion phase.

Our laboratory arranges and participates in the development of new construction methods, construction materials and testing methods, such as e.g. the production and installation of noise reducing asphalts or the average falling weight apparatus for testing the payload. Research, development and transfer of knowledge are the values and strengths of Oevermann – and a genuine advantage in the marketplace.
